Happy New Year to you! (even though belated!) I wanted to know if you watch or get in the UK, THE DISCOVERY CHANNEL? The reason I am asking is because they have had a lot of good programs on their network so far this year, including the 11-part mini-series PLANET EARTH narrated by Sigorney Weaver, of the ALIEN movie franchise.

It is FANTASTIC!!! If you ever have the time, I highly recommended it as a DVD rental, or to watch it on the "tellie" (GRIN) if you get the chance. Plus, I would also give a look to the other programs they have produced and aired on their affiliates; the Travel Channel, Science Channel, (EXPEDITION BORNEO)is another great one, Animal Planet, and others.
